Dalat-Realco and Ana Mandara partner to manage 17 villas in Dalat

Dalat-Realco and Ana Mandara have renewed their partnership to manage 17 French colonial villas in Dalat, aiming to elevate luxury tourism and promote sustainable development.

The signing ceremony took place in Dalat on 1/8. A Dalat-Realco (DLR) representative stated that this agreement builds on nearly two decades of collaboration, founded on trust, mutual understanding, and proven success.

This renewed partnership reflects the strategic alignment between the two companies and demonstrates DLR's long-term vision and capacity for large-scale project development. Their previous collaboration has left a mark on preserving and promoting Dalat's architectural heritage. Both companies have provided high-quality tourism experiences for domestic and international visitors.

According to a DLR representative, the goal of this new phase of collaboration is to elevate Dalat's tourism image toward luxury and sustainability. They hope to attract high-end tourists and establish a new standard for luxury accommodation in Dalat. The partnership also commits to preserving historical and cultural values while blending local essence with international-standard services and experiences. This aim contributes to the local sustainable tourism development strategy and expands the tourism real estate ecosystem DLR is building.

For nearly 20 years, DLR and Ana Mandara have created, operated, and developed the Ana Mandara Villas Dalat Resort & Spa into a landmark destination. The resort is situated on a 10-hectare site, comprising 17 restored French colonial villas with 87 rooms. The classic European architecture combined with the characteristic natural landscape creates a luxurious yet warm ambiance, offering guests an international-standard experience with a distinct local touch.

The continued partnership with Ana Mandara demonstrates the trust and strong bond affirmed over nearly 20 years. This event is also a strategic step to maintain and enhance the project's value, contributing to positioning Dalat as a leading tourism destination.
