The "Train Like FC Bayern" event, a collaborative effort by Doppelherz, FC Bayern, and Adidas Vietnam, recently brought a unique professional sports training experience to Hanoi. Attracting nearly 100 sports enthusiasts across two sessions at Mysterise Fitness, the initiative aimed to offer Vietnamese fans and the broader fitness community a direct, immersive engagement with the club's training philosophy. This event targeted both football fans and the broader fitness community, offering a chance to experience workouts that blend strength, speed, and endurance.
Participants navigated through 12 consecutive exercise stations, including speed running, rowing, kettlebell swings, core exercises, biking, sled pushes, and burpees. Each station lasted approximately two minutes, followed by a brief rest. This continuous format challenged participants to maintain intensity, manage stamina, and coordinate movements throughout the entire circuit. Through this program, Doppelherz and its partners transformed key elements of professional sports — such as discipline, endurance, and teamwork — into a direct, engaging experience for the public.

The challenge series did not emphasize individual achievement or require participants to have a football background. Exercises were structured for groups, encouraging each person to complete challenges at their own pace while fostering interaction and mutual encouragement. This approach broadened the program's appeal to fitness enthusiasts and individuals interested in an active lifestyle. Consequently, an experience typically associated with a professional football club was transformed into an accessible community activity for diverse groups.

Beyond the 12 training stations, Doppelherz structured the overall experience around three core themes: Train, Recover, and Connect. This approach linked physical activity with nutrition, recovery, and community engagement. After completing their workouts, participants could relax at the Doppelherz experience zone, where they learned about nutrition and elements vital for post-exercise body support. The brand also showcased Doppelherz aktiv A-Z Fizz, a health supplement providing essential vitamins and minerals. The organizing committee explained that integrating pre- and post-workout activities broadened the program's scope beyond mere exercise. It encompassed crucial aspects of maintaining an active lifestyle: training, nutrition, rest, and recovery.

"Train Like FC Bayern" is part of an ongoing initiative by Doppelherz, in collaboration with FC Bayern and Adidas Vietnam, designed to foster direct engagement with Vietnam's sports community. Rather than simply delivering messages about exercise and health, the program opted for an experiential format. This allowed participants to directly engage with workouts, gain insights into nutrition, and connect with individuals who share similar interests.
Following its Hanoi debut, "Train Like FC Bayern" is scheduled to continue at Saigon Sport Club, TP HCM, on 10/10. This expansion will bring the professional sports-inspired training experience to communities in both major cities.
