Over six months after the implementation of Decree 70, while some business households have gradually stabilized their processes, many small business owners in traditional markets and retail outlets still face challenges with compliance. The biggest hurdle is not the regulation itself, but the cost and accessibility of technology. Many believe that issuing electronic invoices necessitates investment in computers, printers, digital signatures, and complex accounting software, incurring significant costs and learning time.
This reality highlights a shared concern among many small business households: a desire to comply with regulations, yet hesitation due to potential costs and difficulties in using new technology. Many small business owners are apprehensive about purchasing additional equipment, familiarizing themselves with new software, or hiring external services to support their operations.

Against this backdrop, Finviet introduced Eco Tiem So Hoa, an application aimed at simplifying the sales process and regulatory compliance. This application is not unfamiliar to many business households, as it has been used for several years for ordering, sales management, and connecting with distributors. The innovation lies in Eco Tiem So Hoa's integration of sales, electronic invoice issuance, and digital signatures directly on smartphones.
Through the application, users can utilize their everyday phone to record transactions and issue electronic invoices. The system allows direct connection with tax authorities as regulated and integrates digital signatures within the app, eliminating the need for users to purchase additional devices or separate tokens. The interface is designed simply, uses Vietnamese, and features clear operations, making it suitable even for those less familiar with technology.
According to feedback from some business households, adopting Eco Tiem So Hoa helps reduce the burden of bookkeeping, minimizes errors, and saves costs compared to investing in equipment or hiring dedicated accounting staff. Invoice issuance occurs immediately after a sale, making the process more streamlined and manageable.

In addition to developing the application, Finviet also collaborates with tax authorities and local authorities to organize direct consultation sessions in various localities. This initiative aims to explain regulations, guide users on the solution, and address tax-related questions, helping small business owners feel more secure during the digital transformation process.
A platform representative stated that with additional requirements for data transparency and digital management expected in 2026, simple, low-cost, and user-friendly tools like Eco Tiem So Hoa are considered a supportive option for business households to prepare proactively. When technology barriers are reduced, small business owners can focus more on their core business activities, customer care, and enhancing long-term operational efficiency.
