FPT expands online payment options, offering many conveniences to customers

FPT introduces various online payment methods, including Autopay, e-wallets, and Internet Banking, enabling customers to proactively settle bills and minimize service interruptions.

As digital payments become increasingly common, many users are adopting online payment methods to manage expenses and ensure continuous service. According to FPT, the company is expanding its online payment channels to offer customers more convenient ways to pay for Internet and television services.

The rise of online payments

Cashless payments are increasingly popular across Vietnam, used for everything from shopping and dining to settling utility and telecommunications bills. Transactions via e-wallets, digital banking, or mobile applications allow users to make payments anytime, anywhere.

For essential services like Internet, timely bill payment is crucial to prevent service interruptions. Online payments offer users more autonomy compared to traditional home collection methods.

Minh Anh, a customer in TP HCM, shared that her family switched to paying their Internet package via the Hi FPT application. "Before, we had to wait for a bill collector to come to our house, which was sometimes inconvenient. Since switching to online payments, I can pay my bills anytime without worrying about missing the deadline", she stated.

Beyond convenience, online payment methods also allow users to track transaction history and manage expenses directly on their phones, mitigating cash-related risks and offering independence from time and location constraints.

FPT diversifies payment channels

According to FPT, customers can pay for services through multiple platforms, including the Hi FPT application, the online payment website, Internet Banking services from various banks, or e-wallets such as: FPT Pay, MoMo, and ZaloPay.

Among these options, Autopay, the automatic payment method, is popular due to its automation and transparency. Users no longer need to remember monthly payment dates, thereby avoiding service interruptions caused by late payments.

Starting from 1/3, new FPT service subscribers who choose Autopay will receive a 5,000 VND discount on their next billing cycle. This offer applies to monthly post-paid payment methods and remains valid for as long as the customer uses the service.

Customers can register for and make Autopay payments through channels such as: the Hi FPT application, the website, FPT Pay, MoMo e-wallet, or banks like TPBank and VNPay (BIDV, PVcomBank, NCB, CoopBank).

According to an FPT representative, expanding online payment channels is integral to the company's customer service digitalization strategy. "Leveraging our core technology expertise, we aim to provide customers with modern, transparent, and more convenient payment methods, making Internet connectivity simpler and more manageable", the representative stated.
