As international trade standards become increasingly stringent, major markets are tightening criteria for exporting enterprises, encompassing quality, supply capacity, and raw material control. Consequently, market expansion relies not solely on production volume or price, but also on businesses building sustainable operational foundations and stable, long-term supply chains.
Masi operates an ecosystem specializing in supplying raw materials to domestic and international animal feed production groups, focusing on two main categories: agricultural products and marine-based materials. Guided by its development strategy, the company controls its supply chain from the production stage, a fundamental approach to ensuring quality, stability, and long-term responsiveness for its partners.

The company currently owns and operates three interconnected factories. Kim Long factory and Kim Dao factory, both located in Phan Thiet, benefit from their proximity to a seaport. This strategic placement facilitates the reception of fresh marine fish, optimizing production and the transportation of goods for delivery. Integrating the Kim Dao factory into the ecosystem has allowed Masi to establish a synchronized production cluster, enhancing its capacity to supply products such as fish meal and squid meal for demanding orders.

For agricultural raw materials, the Tien Phat factory in Dong Thap specializes in producing rice bran for the animal feed industry, completing the ecosystem's supply chain. Beyond core products like fish meal, fish oil, fish hydrolysate, and rice bran, Masi also supplies a range of raw materials including: broken rice, rice husk, cassava slices, cassava pulp, corn, lecithin, rice bran oil, soybean meal, and DDGs. This comprehensive offering creates a closed-loop ecosystem.

In parallel with investing in production capacity, Masi has established a raw material management and control system adhering to international standards. The company participates in the Fishery Improvement Project (FIP) under MarinTrust IP standards, aimed at enhancing marine fish resource management and complying with environmental impact reduction regulations.
Operationally, the group has comprehensively invested in factories, production lines, warehouses, and laboratories to ensure quality control. Nutritional indicators, moisture levels, impurities, and storage conditions are regularly monitored. Additionally, the company implements and maintains GMP+, ISO 22000:2018, and HACCP standards.
Building on its standardized production and management systems, Masi currently exports consistently to markets such as Japan, Bangladesh, and Taiwan (China).
China is considered a market with stringent requirements for animal feed raw material exporters, particularly for marine-derived products like fish meal. Beyond product quality, this market also evaluates a company's management capabilities, production system, risk control, and raw material management.
Masi is one of few enterprises authorized to export fish meal products to the Chinese market, having been granted an export enterprise registration code (GACC). Meeting these requirements establishes a foundation for export activities and reflects the standardization level of the company's production and management systems.
Quang Duy Son, the group's Marketing Director, stated that participating in the MarinTrust project and completing the fish meal export licensing procedures for the Chinese market demonstrates the company's commitment to promoting sustainable development of Vietnam's fisheries. It also affirms their social and community responsibility, serving as proof that the group's products meet international standards.
Masi maintains a strategic alliance and shares an ecosystem with Care Solutions. This connection allows Masi to leverage and develop based on Care Solutions' management experience, standardized enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, 24/7 customer service, professional internal transport, and multilingual staff. This operational and management synergy helps Masi maintain consistency in its production and business activities, providing a basis for partners to assess reliability when establishing long-term, sustainable collaborations.
