LPBank appoints new deputy chief executive officer

LPBank has appointed Nguyen Thi Kieu Anh as deputy chief executive officer in charge of the administration office, effective December 10, to strengthen its operational capacity and refine its governance model.

According to a bank representative, the decision recognizes Ms. Kieu Anh's management capabilities, professional expertise, and contributions during LPBank's organizational refinement and sustainable development strategy. Accepting her new role, Ms. Kieu Anh expressed gratitude for the leadership's trust and pledged to fulfill her responsibilities. "I will leverage my experience and knowledge to work with the executive board to achieve strategic objectives, contributing to LPBank's stable, sustainable development," she stated.

Born in 1983, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Anh holds a Master of Business Administration from the Banking Academy and brings over 20 years of experience in finance and banking. During her 18 years at VPBank, she held various positions including credit officer, head of credit department, branch director, and regional director. These roles provided her with extensive operational experience and practical management skills.

Ms. Kieu Anh joined LPBank in 2023. Since then, she has served as director of the Dong Do branch, assistant to the chairman of the board of directors, deputy head of the board of directors' office, and a member of the executive board. She has also been a member of the board of directors for LPBank Securities Company and LPB Fund Management Company.

At LPBank, Ms. Kieu Anh actively contributed to advising the board of directors and supported the coordination of the bank's key programs. She is recognized for her ability to implement initiatives, adhere to objectives, and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, making practical contributions to improving efficiency, refining the organizational structure, and enhancing overall system operational effectiveness.

At the appointment ceremony, Vu Quoc Khanh, chief executive officer of LPBank, commended Ms. Kieu Anh's contributions and expressed high expectations for her new role. He emphasized that her appointment is a deserving recognition of her management capabilities and deep understanding of the bank's system.

"With extensive experience and a proactive, decisive, and effective spirit, I believe that in her new position, Ms. Kieu Anh will help refine the organizational model and enhance operational performance across the entire system, creating a solid foundation for LPBank's next growth phase," Mr. Khanh said.
