Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chau Tam Luan, founder and general director of Newland USA, stated that relocating the headquarters to LIM Tower 3, a class A building in central Ho Chi Minh City, marks a significant milestone in the company's brand elevation strategy after two years of establishment and growth. The choice of LIM Tower 3 reflects its prime location and Newland USA's commitment to fostering a professional, internationally standardized work environment centered on people and client experience.

Newland USA also reported positive results in December 2025 regarding its US EB-3 skilled worker immigration applications. Specifically, the company received case number approvals from the US Department of Labor (DOL) for an additional 64 EB-3 applications.
This follows the approval of 30 initial EB-3 skilled worker applications in Vietnam by the DOL in October 2025. These applications qualified to proceed with the subsequent steps in the US immigration process, bringing the company's total approved EB-3 client applications to 94.
