Instead of a typical vibrant music festival, OCB designed the event as a cultural experience, refreshing traditional melodies with modern arrangements. This approach makes the music more accessible to diverse generations while preserving the familiar cultural spirit of Tet.

The music night, held in an open and free space, provides easy access for both locals and tourists. Attendees can enjoy it with family, friends, or experience it independently. With its large scale and meticulous planning, the program aims to be a cultural hub in downtown Ho Chi Minh City during the days leading up to Tet.
An OCB representative stated that the bank aims to use music to create a space for intergenerational connection. Familiar melodies are refreshed to evoke shared emotions, offering family members a chance to share meaningful moments during the year-end period.
The program features multi-generational artists, all exploring folk elements within a modern musical framework. Singer Quoc Thien opened with emotional songs, followed by Tang Phuc's narrative ballads. The atmosphere was then revitalized by Thanh Duy's energetic performance. Next, singer Cao Ba Hung presented acts combining traditional instruments with contemporary music. Lam Bao Ngoc contributed a technically skilled vocal performance, while LyLy represented a youthful style, relatable to Gen Z audiences. The participation of these artists creates a multi-generational musical space and clearly demonstrates the event's aim to connect different styles and audience segments.
Through its role in connecting tradition and modernity, OCB continues to demonstrate a development direction tied to cultural values. The bank believes that integrating folk essence into new forms of expression holds artistic significance, helping maintain the continuity of traditional values amidst a rapidly changing pace of life.
Beyond artistic activities, the music night also serves as an occasion for the bank to express gratitude to its customers at the start of the new year. This event runs concurrently with the "Tet tu tin - don thinh vuong" (Confident Tet - Welcome Prosperity) promotional program, offering thousands of prizes worth up to 3,5 billion VND, which is ongoing nationwide.
