OCB rolls out special privileges for 30th anniversary customer appreciation

Orient Commercial Bank (OCB) is launching a nationwide customer appreciation initiative, offering a points-for-gifts program and concert tickets through its online platform and branch network, to mark its 30th anniversary.

Customers can join the "Earn Points, Get Concert Tickets" program via the OCB OMNI application to redeem gifts or secure tickets for the OsunFest grand music festival, scheduled for 6/6. Points are accumulated through daily personal financial transactions or when small and medium-sized enterprise customers utilize the bank's payment solutions. This program runs until 27/5.

The OsunFest concert is a highlight of OCB's anniversary campaign, featuring artists such as SooBin, Hieu Thu Hai, Chi Pu, Quang Hung MasterD, Rhyder, Phung Khanh Linh, Phap Kieu, and Uprize. According to OCB, complimentary tickets are available across multiple tiers, ranging from general admission to premium categories like VIP, SVIP, and Sky Lounge.

To broaden customer access, OCB is also selling concert tickets on the Ticketbox platform in two phases. 8/5 marked the pre-sale phase, exclusively for OCB cardholders, offering a 10% discount for debit cards and 15% for credit cards, enhancing their chances to select preferred seating. For two days, 9-10/5, the program transitioned to public sale, extending concert ticket ownership opportunities to all customers.

At transaction counters nationwide, individual customers who secure loans or open term deposits for 6 months or more can receive gifts commensurate with their transaction value. Beyond concert tickets, the bank is offering various other gifts, including: pickleball rackets, travel suitcases, hair dryers, thermal bottles, sports accessories, and premium bandana silk scarves.

Concurrently, the OCB30 30th anniversary campaign is being implemented through outdoor media activities in TP HCM, integrating check-in minigames at advertising locations. Participants who upload photos to social media platforms have a chance to win event tickets.

Nguyen Thanh Phuong (26, TP HCM) noted that the blend of in-app experiences and real-world activities enhances the program's appeal. "I just completed a transaction on the OCB Omni application and checked in to increase my chances of getting tickets," she shared.

An OCB representative explained that integrating digital platforms, in-branch activities, and community interactions allows the bank to broaden customer experiences and strengthen connections during its 30th anniversary.
