Sumikura hosts event connecting technician community

Sumikura organized the "SK Vibe" event, gathering nearly 1,000 technicians, combining expertise and entertainment to activate the air conditioner market for the 2026 peak season.

Sumikura hosted the "SK Vibe" event, drawing nearly 1,000 technicians from the Hanoi area and representatives from refrigeration associations, creating a highlight during the hot season.

Amidst a competitive air conditioner market, the program targeted technicians with in-depth technical content. Instead of focusing solely on promotion, Sumikura chose an approach that involved analyzing product configurations and inviting experts for direct evaluation.

At the event, the company detailed product components, introduced support policies, and conducted recognition activities to acknowledge technician contributions. This approach garnered positive feedback from the technician community.

A highlight of the gala was a discussion with three experts from the Vietnam Refrigeration Association. Nguyen Ngoc Quy, Vice President of the Association, provided a theoretical perspective, stating that large coil size and sufficient fan and compressor power are three key factors determining air conditioner quality. According to him, a good product should operate quietly, be energy-efficient, and durable over time.

From a market perspective, Hoang Van Cong, President of the Association, shared technician feedback indicating that products with robust configurations, powerful compressors, and effective heat exchangers generally experience fewer issues. He noted that Sumikura air conditioners are not only technically verified but also receive confirmation from the technician community, establishing a reliable foundation for quality.

Echoing this sentiment, Duong Quoc Khanh, Vice President of the Association, mentioned that over 12 years of operating a warranty station, the number of cases requiring service for Sumikura products remained low.

A company representative stated that Sumikura's development strategy focuses on core values, demonstrated through product configurations featuring compressors that meet rated capacity, ensuring operational efficiency and durability.

In addition to the technical content, the program also featured artistic performances by singers Duy Manh and Dung Hoang Pham, dancer Minh Thu, and DJ Jassy, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
