For 20 years, Phoenix CV Golf & Resort has been a popular destination for domestic and international golfers and a gateway for golf tourism in the Northern region. However, market changes prompted management to seek a new solution to maintain its position and meet evolving guest expectations. The 2024-2026 period has seen Vietnam's golf and luxury resort sector shift from single-service models to integrated "all-in-one destinations."
Phoenix CV Golf & Resort's transformation is built on three pillars: infrastructure, operations, and ecosystem. Regarding infrastructure, the resort has opened a new clubhouse, renovated its golf course system, and upgraded landscaping and ancillary facilities to international standards. Operationally, management processes are synchronized to ensure seamless guest experiences. Connections between brands within the ecosystem provide guests easy access to all services, from leisure to investment. The group also plans to develop gaming entertainment and adventure tourism models, complementing existing services and creating a sustainable value chain.

An iconic highlight of this transformation is the Phoenix Reborn Golf Tournament 2026, scheduled from 27/2 to 1/3. The event expects to attract nearly 800 golfers, including representatives from the Korean Professional Golfers' Association (KPGA), athletes from the Vietnam Golf Team participating in the 33rd SEA Games, and numerous international guests.
"The tournament also opens a new chapter of development for the CV Resort ecosystem in Vietnam," a CV Resort representative shared. "By elevating service standards and perfecting operational capabilities, we aim to realize our aspiration of creating destinations that are livable, experiential, and investment-worthy."

Alongside the golf course, this ecosystem is expanding with strategic components: the Grand Plaza Hanoi hotel, ONVIT fine dining restaurant, An Hy Vietnamese restaurant, Grand Tour travel service, and the COVE lifestyle brand chain. All operate on the philosophy of creating a comprehensive experiential space where all guest needs are met within a closed loop.
Moving forward, the group positions Phoenix CV Golf & Resort as an icon for the intersection of culture, entertainment, and modern lifestyle in the Northern region.
