A key component of this alliance involves developing human resources skilled in payment technology and operations. Standardizing operational capabilities and enhancing team quality are crucial factors for payment services to operate stably, adapt to rapid technological change, and achieve long-term sustainable development.
Within the framework of this cooperation, VNPAY and Napas also agreed to implement cross-border QR payments. This aims to create more convenient payment options for international visitors to Vietnam and for Vietnamese travelers abroad.
Travelers from countries such as Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, with plans to expand to other markets, can use their familiar domestic payment applications to transact at VNPAY acceptance points in Vietnam. Conversely, Vietnamese individuals traveling or working abroad can use the VNPAY application to pay at acceptance points within the scope of this cooperation.
