VNPAY and Napas have formalized a comprehensive cooperation agreement, setting the stage for advancements in digital payments. A key component of this alliance involves developing human resources skilled in payment technology and operations. Standardizing operational capabilities and enhancing team quality are crucial factors for payment services to operate stably, adapt to rapid technological change, and achieve long-term sustainable development.

Within the framework of this cooperation, VNPAY and Napas also agreed to implement cross-border QR payments. This aims to create more convenient payment options for international visitors to Vietnam and for Vietnamese travelers abroad.

Travelers from countries such as Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, with plans to expand to other markets, can use their familiar domestic payment applications to transact at VNPAY acceptance points in Vietnam. Conversely, Vietnamese individuals traveling or working abroad can use the VNPAY application to pay at acceptance points within the scope of this cooperation.

This ensures synchronization, security, and alignment with market development trends. Based on this, the two sides aim to build modern, flexible payment solutions, contributing to promoting trade, tourism, and financial connectivity amidst increasing global integration.

VNPAY currently focuses on developing technological solutions for enterprise digital transformation, ranging from digital payments, electronic invoices, and digital signatures to tools supporting sales management, operations, and tax declaration. Nearly 300,000 businesses nationwide use the company's solutions across various sectors, including commerce - retail, restaurants - hotels, transportation, ticketing, e-commerce, and public services. Meanwhile, Napas connects and operates the payment system in Vietnam, with experience in building, managing, and developing payment services.
