Sa Giang announces operation of SAP Cloud ERP management system

Sa Giang Import-Export Joint Stock Company and Citek Technology Joint Stock Company announced the operation of the SAP Cloud ERP system on 1/10, aiming for sustainable development.

This event marks a strategic step in Sa Giang's sustainable development. The SAP Cloud ERP system (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) will provide a unified management platform, supporting the company in maintaining production aligned with a green and organic economic model.

Sa Giang, a company with a 65-year history, specializes in producing and processing rice-based food products, primarily shrimp crackers. A company representative stated that Sa Giang achieves an annual output of up to 15,000 tons, supplying products to more than 50 countries and territories, bringing Vietnamese flavors to the global culinary map.

At the event, Le Thi Dieu Thi, General Director of Sa Giang, stated that operating SAP is a significant milestone in the company's digital transformation journey. She noted, "This system will provide a robust platform to manage financial, sales, production, and supply chain operations. With its integration and automation capabilities, SAP will reduce processing time and enhance customer service efficiency."

The SAP Cloud ERP system offers real-time data, enabling Sa Giang to improve inventory management, optimize production planning, and enhance market demand forecasting. This system also supports exports and international market competitiveness by ensuring transparency, mastering traceability, and controlling quality, all key factors in the food sector.

"The system's reporting and analysis tools will empower leadership to make more accurate and timely decisions. The SAP Cloud ERP system fosters an innovative environment, encouraging our team to keep pace with technological trends," Ms. Dieu Thi added.

Citek consulted on and implemented the SAP Cloud ERP system at Sa Giang, officially launching it after 7 months. Nguyen Cong Tan, General Director of Citek, noted that Sa Giang prioritizes technology application to deliver high-quality products and maintain a sustainable orientation. He stated, "This strategy helps the company solidify its position in the food industry, meet rising customer expectations, and enhance its competitive edge in the international market."
