Amidst the celebratory atmosphere, SHB aims to affirm its role as a leading bank, supporting Vietnam's economic development for over 30 years and marking its presence during significant national moments. Through this campaign, the bank conveys love for the country, gratitude, and the joy of living in a peaceful and independent nation.
The campaign features a series of video interviews with historical witnesses, recounting stories and glorious moments of the nation over the past 80 years. This content not only evokes pride but also inspires and encourages the younger generation to nurture aspirations and strive for new heights. SHB collaborated with researchers and history experts to develop the content, ensuring the authenticity and educational value of each story.
Alongside online content, SHB organized visits and photo opportunities at landmarks associated with September 2nd, such as Ba Dinh Square, August Revolution Square, and Dong Xuan Market. This allows the public to revisit sacred milestones and experience the country's transformation throughout different periods.

The campaign also offers interactive activities on various media channels and at branches, including giveaways and personalized t-shirt designs from the "Happiness is being Vietnamese" collection. These activities are implemented flexibly, combining online and offline approaches, to engage customers of all ages, especially the youth, in spreading patriotism.
To mark this occasion, SHB also launched a promotional program, "Celebrate National Day - Receive the Happiness is being Vietnamese collection," for customers opening new accounts or making successful transactions with products like checking accounts, the SHB SAHA app, international cards, consumer loans, savings, investments, and insurance. Customers will receive gifts from the collection.
The gift set was designed and produced by To He, a social enterprise established in 2006 known for its handcrafted products, fashion, and creative gifts. This collaboration demonstrates SHB's commitment to partnering with organizations that create positive value for the community. To He incorporated images, colors, and symbols associated with 80 years of independence into the design, transforming each gift into a piece of historical storytelling.
The product set includes t-shirts, tote bags, bandanas, thermos flasks, and lanyards, combining symbolic meaning with practical everyday use. SHB plans to distribute over 40,000 gifts, expressing gratitude to millions of customers who have joined them in building a sustainable financial future. Customers who transact with multiple products and services will have the opportunity to receive additional gifts from the collection.
