According to Ms. Duong Thanh My Ha, CEO of Vik Group, the real estate market is entering a phase demanding professionalism and adaptability. A July survey by Maison Office found that office rental prices at buildings like HUD Tower (extended Le Van Luong), Handico Tower, Keangnam, CEO Tower (Pham Hung street), and The Light (To Huu) range from 13-22 USD per m2 per month, equivalent to 320,000-528,000 VND per m2.
On average, an office for about 50 people requires approximately 150 m2, resulting in a total monthly rent of 48-80 million VND (excluding fixed operating costs) such as electricity and reception staff. Additionally, the initial investment in facilities like furniture and office equipment can cost between 500 and 600 million VND.
