MSB and Vietnam Airlines partner to enhance customer experience

Maritime Bank (MSB) has partnered with Vietnam Airlines to expand its service ecosystem and increase benefits for customers.

The partnership allows MSB customers to convert MSB Rewards points (M-points) into Vietnam Airlines' Lotusmiles (Golden Lotus) frequent flyer miles. MSB Rewards is the bank's customer loyalty program, enabling points earned from transactions to be exchanged for gift vouchers from over 1,000 partners in sectors like fashion, dining, and travel.

The two companies are also implementing a membership tier program, allowing customers to receive benefits from both Vietnam Airlines and MSB's ecosystem.

At the signing ceremony, an MSB representative stated that the two sides will collaborate to develop additional offers, combining financial benefits and airline miles to strengthen long-term customer relationships. The partnership with Vietnam Airlines also helps MSB expand its market share in the high-spending customer segment, increase service fee revenue, and promote the use of integrated financial products such as savings, investment, and insurance.

For Vietnam Airlines, this partnership helps expand the Golden Lotus membership community, especially targeting young, dynamic customers who value experiences and are loyal to attractive privileges from the brand.

Through this collaboration, MSB affirms its commitment to innovation and supporting customers in digital transformation, aiming to build a diverse, convenient, and modern service ecosystem that enhances every customer journey.
