The Bac Ninh Department of Construction recently announced a social housing project situated on two land plots within the VSIP Bac Ninh urban and service area. VSIP Bac Ninh Co., Ltd. is the project's developer.

The project includes social housing at plot NOXH-B2, covering over 8,100 square meters and featuring two 15-story buildings. Additionally, plot NOXH-B4, spanning over 2,200 square meters, will house one 10-story building.

A total of 547 apartments are available for sale across both locations, offering one to three bedrooms. The provisional selling price is VND 19.4 million per square meter (including VAT, excluding maintenance fees), translating to a range of VND 937 million to VND 1.46 billion per unit.

The development provides several amenities, including gardens, green spaces, parking areas, and ramps. The developer has announced that the estimated period for receiving application documents is from 4/5 to 4/6. The project is anticipated to be completed in Q1/2027.

Bac Ninh province stands out as a national leader in social housing development. Last year, the province completed nearly 20,000 units, accounting for approximately 20% of the country's total supply. For this year, Bac Ninh has been assigned a target of 19,000 units, exceeding Hanoi's quota; however, the province aims to complete over 20,000 units.
