During the trip, the prime minister and his delegation conducted a working session and a comprehensive survey of Grando's entire aluminum production process. This included everything from raw material preparation, aluminum extrusion, surface treatment, to final product quality inspection before shipment. Unlike ceremonial events, the visit focused on the factory's actual production capacity, operational efficiency, and ability to fulfill large orders.
The Grando aluminum factory operates a large-scale production system featuring 15 aluminum extrusion lines, three powder coating lines, two anodizing lines, along with sandblasting and automated processing lines. Its total annual capacity reaches approximately 60,000 tons of finished aluminum products and 72,000 tons of aluminum billets, serving both domestic and export markets.
High automation, a closed production process, and a strict quality control system enable Grando to maintain consistent technical specifications, durability, and product uniformity. These are key factors for deep integration into the global industrial supply chain.
During the working session, Prime Minister Jotham Napat praised the factory's scale and investment level. He noted Vietnam's resource advantages and its increasingly recognized production and business capabilities within the international community. He also expressed a desire to enhance cooperation with Vietnamese enterprises to boost economic relations between the two countries.

In its long-term development strategy, the company stated it would continue investing in upgrading production lines, perfecting its management system, and actively participating in economic diplomacy to connect with potential partners, aiming for export growth and international market expansion.
Experts noted that high-level visits involving tours of manufacturing enterprises are not merely symbolic; they establish a foundation for substantive economic cooperation. They also reflect the growing role of businesses in economic diplomacy, affirming the position of Vietnamese industry on the global manufacturing map.
The Republic of Vanuatu is an island nation in the South Pacific, comprising over 80 islands with a population of approximately 330,000 people. Vanuatu is currently pursuing an open economic development strategy, focusing on tourism, agriculture, renewable energy, and gradually promoting light industry, processing, and international trade.
