The HR Asia Awards, an annual event organized by HR Asia Magazine, recognizes companies with outstanding human resource policies, attractive compensation packages, and leading work environments in the region. This year’s theme was "Multi-Generation Synergy," with 119 nominated companies. The evaluation process, based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) and in-depth interviews, ensured objectivity and met the awards' stringent criteria.

At the awards ceremony on 14/8, Vietcombank won in five categories: "Best Company to Work for in Asia", "Best Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Company", "Best Employee Well-being Company", "Best Sustainable Workplace Company", and "Leading Technology Company".
This is the second consecutive year Vietcombank has been recognized at the HR Asia Awards. Notably, the bank received the "Harmonia" gold trophy, awarded to the company with the most wins. According to the organizers, Vietcombank was praised for its comprehensive human resources policies, employee engagement, and pioneering application of technology in human resource management and development.
