Vietcombank has been named "Best Company to Work for in Asia 2025", along with four other special awards at the HR Asia Awards 2025.

The HR Asia Awards, an annual event organized by HR Asia Magazine, recognizes companies with outstanding human resource policies, attractive compensation packages, and leading work environments in the region. This year’s theme was "Multi-Generation Synergy," with 119 nominated companies. The evaluation process, based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) and in-depth interviews, ensured objectivity and met the awards' stringent criteria.

This is the second consecutive year Vietcombank has been recognized at the HR Asia Awards. Notably, the bank received the "Harmonia" gold trophy, awarded to the company with the most wins. These innovations aim to create a modern and creative work environment that brings the highest value to both employees and customers.

A Vietcombank representative stated the award recognizes the efforts of over 24,000 employees in building a sustainable, engaging, and humane work environment. Being honored by HR Asia as the "Best Company to Work for in Asia" for two consecutive years (2024-2025) enhances the bank's employer branding, aids in attracting and retaining high-quality personnel, solidifies its position in the Vietnamese market, and expands its regional influence.
