This model is expected to commence operations this year and expand to numerous provinces and cities by 2030. The initial phase covers a commercial and service land area of nearly 300 ha, distributed across several major urban centers and tourism complexes. Each location will feature a distinct scale and style.
This new product line will be directly managed and operated by the company, adhering to integrated planning and common operating standards. Designs will be tailored to the specific characteristics of each area, rather than employing a uniform structure.

A key feature of the model is its open layout, integrating shopping streets, food zones, themed markets, night streets, and entertainment and sports complexes. Some locations will also include healthcare services and short-term accommodations. According to the developer, this themed organization helps differentiate product categories and customer flows, a departure from the traditional mall layout.
Beyond the general segment, Vincom Retail plans to develop the high-end Vincom Collection Premium product line, which will emphasize sophisticated design, landscaping, and a curated selection of brands.
Vincom Collection represents the fifth product line, expanding the company's existing portfolio of shopping centers which includes Vincom Mega Mall, Vincom Center, Vincom Plaza, and Vincom+. This new model is anticipated to broaden collaboration opportunities with brands through flexible arrangements, such as space leasing, operational partnerships, or joint investment and development.
In 2025, Vincom Retail reported 8,399 billion VND in revenue from rent and services, marking a 6.6% increase from the previous year. After-tax profit reached 6,446 billion VND, the highest since its listing, exceeding the annual target. During the year, the company opened three new shopping centers, adding approximately 120,000 m2 of retail floor space. Currently, Vincom Retail operates 90 centers across 31 provinces and cities, with a total area exceeding 1.9 million m2; customer traffic to these locations increased by 24%.
