The ranking, a collaboration between Time and Statista, is based on data collection and analysis across three criteria: financial performance, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) transparency, and employee satisfaction. In terms of financial performance, Vingroup recorded a consolidated net revenue of 332,770 billion VND in 2025, marking a 76% increase from the previous year and its highest figure since establishment. This achievement resulted from the simultaneous launch of large-scale real estate projects nationwide, alongside growth in its technology and industry segments.
Vinhomes' consolidated net revenue for 2025 reached 154,102 billion VND. Its total converted consolidated net revenue was 183,923 billion VND, and consolidated after-tax profit amounted to 42,111 billion VND, representing increases of 30% and 20% respectively compared to 2024. Regarding the transparency and sustainable development pillar, ESG factors are integrated across many of the conglomerate's operational areas. This ranges from green industrial development and building an electric vehicle ecosystem centered on VinFast, to planning large urban areas according to sustainable standards from the initial stages.
Among these initiatives, Vinhomes Green Paradise stands out as a project aligned with BREEAM Communities and ISO 37122 international standards. The urban model here is introduced by the company with an ESG++ approach, comprising 5 pillars: environment, society, governance, regeneration, and climate change adaptation. This direction is anticipated to become the standard applied to Vinhomes projects in the near future.
The project has also become an official candidate in the "7 Future Urban Wonders" voting campaign launched by New7Wonders, aiming to establish a model urban future.
For the employee satisfaction criterion, Vingroup ranked 55th, while Vinhomes placed 335th in the overall ranking. These results reflect a workplace environment that is recognized for fostering creativity, a spirit of dedication, and individual skill development. In Vietnam, both companies have consistently featured in "Best Places to Work" rankings published by independent organizations for many consecutive years.
The year 2026 marks the third consecutive year that Vingroup and its member units have been honored by Time in global rankings. Previously, VinFast was listed among the top 100 most influential companies in the world in 2024 and the top 500 best companies in Asia-Pacific in 2025. In 2025, Vingroup was also recognized on the list of "World's Best Companies".
Time is a New York-based (US) magazine that has operated for over a century with a global distribution network. Its annual rankings are developed using a multi-criteria evaluation process, striving for objectivity and widespread influence.
