1Office introduced its 1Office Next platform, aiming to become the next-generation business management platform in Vietnam. The product integrates multiple AI agents, allowing users to design flexible operating systems, analyze data, support decision-making, and automate deployment.

Born from the "fear" of AI

Le Viet Thang, founder and CEO of 1Office, stated that AI is no longer a distant concept but a present reality. "With 1Office Next, we believe AI will be the second brain supporting CEOs in running their businesses," he said, addressing the challenges businesses face when approaching new AI technology. "This choice is not easy. I myself was once confused and scared by the AI wave."

From these challenges, 1Office Next was born with a toolkit containing numerous AI agents to help business leaders build operating systems. Low-code platform technology is the "heart" of the toolkit, allowing CEOs to build process systems, forms, and applications without requiring programming knowledge.

According to 1Office, 1AI Lowcode combines a low-code platform and AI developed by 1Office, allowing CEOs to create applications by chatting directly with a chatbot. With a conversation, the system will automatically configure the appropriate process, ready to operate "the way the CEO envisions." During the event, the 1Office team demonstrated 1AI Lowcode. In addition, 1Office introduced 8 AI agents to support automation of management and business processes.

Among them, 1AI Assistant is a virtual assistant that provides reminders and answers questions 24/7. 1AI Meeting automatically records meeting minutes, summarizes information, and records directives from the "boss" to pass down to subordinates. 1AI Talent acts as a human resources manager, able to read and classify resumes, evaluate potential candidates, and make recruitment recommendations. 1AI Salary helps calculate salaries, summarize data, and collect and analyze personnel costs.

The AI agent suite also has management functions. 1AI Monitor provides real-time work monitoring, thereby issuing timely warnings if risks arise. The 1AI Performance function helps measure and analyze achieved performance to suggest improvements. 1AI Dashboard analyzes data, synthesizes reports, and displays them visually, helping CEOs make quick decisions. 1AI Process synthesizes and automates operating procedures.

Thang said 1Office Next was formed from the "pain of lacking everything" from customers and addresses these needs step-by-step through careful observation. "The pain of lacking money leads to a lack of people and a lack of methods. Making software but not being able to know all the operations, making human resource tools but not deeply understanding human resource operations," Thang said. "We solve each step by carefully observing, generalizing, and gradually building over time. After a decade, the company has reached the top 2 in revenue and top 1 in users in Vietnam in the field of business administration."

Global ambitions

Facing the global AI trend, Thang said companies large and small must adapt to avoid being left behind. "Instead of being afraid, we must recognize that technology is created to meet user needs," he emphasized. "1Office's AI agents are created to solve real-world problems, not to promote our name. Each agent operates independently, performs specific tasks, and can interact with each other to perform a series of tasks."

Throughout the event, he repeatedly mentioned the company's software development philosophy, in which Low-code is the "heart," AI is the "brain," and Automation is the "goal." Low-code is the heart because it is where all applications are born. AI is the brain, making the software intelligent. These two things aim towards one goal: Automation. He is also proud of the all-in-one software they have, which has convinced many customers to stop spending money on buying or renting services.

In the next 5 years, 1Office's goal is to bring USD back to Vietnam by conquering the international market with 1Office Next. "We will customize our existing AI agents to go global," he said.
