"Your Voice" is an application that converts sign language to speech and text, and vice versa. Its goal is to assist the hearing impaired in daily communication, especially when accessing public services, healthcare, and seeking employment.

According to Mr. Quynh, the Awards Council highly praised the "Your Voice" project for its practical application, contribution to digital government objectives, people-centric approach, and profound humanitarian value.
