The final night commenced with a spectacular group performance by all 77 contestants, featuring an elaborate water stage. Reigning Miss Grand Thailand 2025 Sarunrat Puagpipat delivered a captivating water dance, moving, spinning, and executing intricate choreography. Following this, contestants competed in evening gown, swimwear, and Q&A segments.

Miss Grand International is an annual beauty pageant, established and directed by Nawat Itsaragrisil, former director of Miss Thailand World, since 2013. Headquartered in Thailand, the pageant sends its winner globally to advocate for "ending war and violence" and promoting human rights. Thuy Tien won the 2021 competition, which was held in Bangkok.

The pageant is known for its entertainment value, with contestants often delivering creative performances and unique self-introductions to capture attention.
