In Ha Noi, according to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism's plan, art units are organizing seven performances in various communes and wards across the city.
On the evening of 28/8, the Culture and Library Center performed in Hoa Lac commune. On the evening of 1/9, the Thang Long Music and Dance Theater presented a program in Dan Phuong commune, while the Ha Noi Circus and Variety Arts Theater performed in Minh Chau commune.
On the evening of 2/9, the Ha Noi Cheo Theater presented an art program at Ba Kieu Temple flower garden. That same evening, the Ha Noi Drama Theater performed in Phuc Son commune, the Ha Noi Cai Luong Theater visited Bat Trang commune, and the Thang Long Puppet Theater organized a show in Dai Xuyen commune. These programs feature a diverse range of art forms, combining traditional and modern acts.

From 29/8 to 6/9, the Vietnam Circus Federation is presenting the "Hao Khi Viet Nam" show. On the evening of 30/8, the "Sao Doc Lap 2026" political art program will take place at Ho Guom Theater, organized jointly by the Editorial Board of Communist Review and the Ministry of Public Security. The event centers on the imagery of "Nhung Ngoi Sao Viet Nam" (Vietnamese Stars), depicting the nation's history of nation-building, defense, and development.
In addition to the performances, several painting and photo exhibitions are also taking place. From 19/8 to 5/9, the Hoa Lo Prison Relic Management Board is hosting a specialized exhibition, "Tam Son, Chi Thep" (Loyal Heart, Iron Will), at Hoa Lo Prison. This event honors the silent contributions and sacrifices of the People's Public Security forces, fostering gratitude, pride, a sense of responsibility, and a desire to contribute among the younger generation.
An exhibition space for creative products from traditional craft villages will be held from 26/8 to 15/9 at Exhibition Center 45 Trang Tien. The Vietnam Fine Arts Museum is hosting the "Ky Uc Nhung Nam Thang Khong Quen" (Memories of Unforgettable Years) exhibition from 25/8 to 8/9, transporting viewers back to the 1950s-1980s and highlighting the spirit of labor, production, and the resilience of the Vietnamese people.
In Ho Chi Minh City, a series of city-level exhibitions are being held from 19/8 to 5/9 at Chi Lang Park, Nguyen Du Street Park, and the Revolutionary Traditional House. The city is also showcasing documents and images at Ho Chi Minh City Book Street.
On the evening of 2/9, various art programs will take place at Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Binh Duong New City Central Park, and Ba Ria Square Park. Additionally, two wards – Tang Nhon Phu and Thoi Hoa – and six communes – Hiep Phuoc, Hoa Hoi, Kim Long, Binh Loi, Phu Giao, and Dong Thanh – are also staging performances.
In Da Nang, the "Ky Uc Hoi An" show, "Non Co" version, is running from 26/8 to 2/9. This is complemented by the "Ky Su Do Thi Da Nang" (Da Nang Urban Chronicle) exhibition and various art programs such as "Cua So Dien Anh" (Cinema Window) on the evening of 29/8 at Bach Dang Walking Street, "Sac Mau Di San" (Colors of Heritage), and "Am Vang My Son" (Echoes of My Son) on 2/9.
