The armed forces parade was a highlight of the national "Homeland in My Heart" concert, held on the evening of 23/8. This political-artistic program was organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper and the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
Organizers reported that the number of officers and soldiers participating in this event was significantly higher compared to the concert held in Hanoi in August 2025.

Audience members used their phones to record and photograph the moments. Ho Thai Nguyen, 37, from Hanh Thong ward, said he had been waiting to see the parade performances in addition to the musical acts. "I once had the opportunity to watch a parade at the A50 anniversary ceremony on 30/4/2025, and the memory remains vivid today as I stand here watching it again," he said. |
