Truong Tam Nhu secured the second runner-up title at the Miss World Vietnam 2025 final, held on the evening of 29/3/2025 in TP HCM. Phan Phuong Oanh was crowned Miss, while Le Phuong Khanh Nhu was named first runner-up.

The 21-year-old beauty captivated many with her gentle presence and dedication to showcasing her hometown. During the competition, she made efforts to introduce the culture, cuisine, and landscapes of Hue, particularly in the "tourism beauty" segment. She also elegantly presented a Hue purple ao dai in the semi-final.

Beyond her pageant success, Tam Nhu is recognized for her impressive academic background. She was crowned Miss FPT University Da Nang in 2024 and holds an IELTS 8.0 English certificate. She actively participated in extracurricular programs, English competitions, and served as a media ambassador for the 2025 Young Leaders Conference, which focuses on providing skills and career guidance for students.

Tam Nhu is 1.73 m tall, weighs 53 kg, and has measurements of 77-60-90 cm. She pays attention to her wardrobe for beauty contests, often choosing form-fitting attire from domestic designers. The Hue beauty favors dewy makeup, a popular trend worldwide that enhances natural beauty and a fresh look. In her daily life, she prefers simple, active, and feminine dresses and tops.

Before competing in the pageant, she had modeled for several designers, gaining experience on the fashion runway.

Miss World Vietnam serves as a platform to select contestants for the Miss World competition. Many notable beauties have emerged from this contest, including Luong Thuy Linh, Kieu Loan, Tuong San, Mai Phuong, Bao Ngoc, Phuong Nhi, Y Nhi, Dao Hien, and Minh Kien.

The judging panel included Miss Ha Kieu Anh, who served as head of the jury, alongside members Luong Thuy Linh, Tran Tieu Vy, Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, actor Quoc Truong, and Nhat Kim Anh.
