Bao Nam, the 18-year-old son of Miss Asia USA Jennifer Pham, recently attended his senior prom on the evening of 1/6. His mother, Jennifer Pham, and his youngest daughter, Nam, traveled to the US to help him prepare for the event, including getting a haircut and selecting his outfit. Proms are formal dances held at the end of the academic year, serving as a farewell to student life and a significant rite of passage into adulthood.

For the prom, Bao Nam chose a black suit featuring prominent, 1980s-inspired square shoulders. He paired this with a white shirt, a teal patterned tie, and a boutonniere on his lapel. Jennifer Pham expressed her emotion seeing her son in the carefully selected attire.

Bao Nam, who stands at 1.9 meters tall, is passionate about science and machinery. He is the child from the marriage of singer Quang Dung and Jennifer Pham. Following his parents' divorce in 2009, he has resided with his maternal grandparents in the US.

Bao Nam's fashion sense and physique have evolved since he turned 16. He often embraces a normcore style, a trend prioritizing normalcy and practicality, frequently wearing basic items such as t-shirts, polo shirts, shorts, jeans, hoodies, or sportswear with sneakers. He also adopts a preppy, academic style, commonly seen among American students. From age 17, he transitioned from a shaved head to a naturally curly, artistic hairstyle. For important occasions, Bao Nam opts for modern, fitted black suits, a tie, and neatly tied-back hair.

Bao Nam is set to graduate from high school on 10/6 and is considering several universities across the US. He aims to live in a dormitory to gain a full student experience and develop independence. According to Jennifer Pham, her son excels in physics and technology, planning to pursue a research-oriented career. After his graduation ceremony, the family intends to enjoy a summer vacation together.

Last year, Jennifer Pham actively scouted major universities in California with Bao Nam. They visited the University of California, Irvine (UCI), where Jennifer Pham previously studied medicine before returning to Vietnam for her entertainment career. She also purchased a car for him to learn driving, ensuring easier travel for his future endeavors.

Jennifer Pham, 41, was crowned Miss Asia USA in 2006. She holds a degree in pharmacy from the University of California. In recent years, she has resided in Hanoi, frequently hosting events and serving as a judge for beauty pageants both domestically and internationally. She married businessman Duc Hai in 2012 and has three children with him.
