Instead, his mind recalled the days his two children were born, in 2020 and 2025. His greatest joy comes from his family.

The actor prioritizes caring for and spending time with his children, consequently declining jobs that require long periods away from home. He has not yet considered organizing a solo live show. Leo Ku stated, "Time with my children is precious; I do not want to regret missing any of their growth milestones. For me, wherever my loved ones are, that is the most beautiful place."

Leo Ku and Chan Wan Ching, his former assistant, registered their marriage in 2014. The couple sought fertility treatment in various places before conceiving their first child through in vitro fertilization. Chan Wan Ching gave birth to Kuson in the United States when she was over 50 years old.

In 2025, at 57 years old, Chan Wan Ching gave birth to their second child. She recovered well, and the health of both mother and child was stable. On his personal page, Leo Ku wrote that Kuson always wished for a sibling. Both the actor and his wife have siblings and understand the importance of siblings supporting each other through life. Parents can only accompany their children for a portion of life's journey; for the remainder, siblings rely on one another. Therefore, despite her advanced age, Chan Wan Ching decided to have another baby.
