This marks a rare public appearance for Bigi at a major event. His most recent public appearance was at the premiere of the musical *MJ: The Musical* at the Prince Edward Theatre in London in 3/2024. He attended with his brother and sister, Paris Jackson. The musical marked the first public appearance of all three of Michael Jackson's children since his memorial service in Los Angeles in 2012.

Bigi Jackson, born in 2002 via surrogacy, was originally named Prince Michael Jackson II. The "King of Pop" named his youngest son "Blanket", symbolizing blessing, love, and care.
