The beauty from Hue secured the title at the Miss World Vietnam 2025 final on 29/3 in TP HCM, placing after Miss Phan Phuong Oanh and 1st runner-up Le Phuong Khanh Nhu. On this occasion, Tam Nhu shared details about her family, studies, and independent life at age 20.

She stands 1,73 m tall, weighs 53 kg, and has measurements of 77-60-90 cm. Tam Nhu was Miss FPT University Da Nang in 2024. She actively participated in many extracurricular programs and English competitions, and served as a media ambassador for the Youth Leadership Conference in 2025, which focuses on equipping students with skills and career readiness. The runner-up holds an IELTS 8.0 English certificate.

During Miss World Vietnam, Tam Nhu earned high scores in several sub-competitions, including winning Queen Talk, reaching the top 5 in Beauty with a Purpose, and the top 6 in Miss Tourism.
