Shakira, 48, opened her "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran" global tour in Buenos Aires on 9/12/2024, performing with her two sons, Milan and Sasha. According to Marca, the audience erupted in cheers when the three appeared on the big screen, warmly applauding as Milan and Sasha began to sing. Videos of the performance have since garnered hundreds of thousands of views and thousands of shares on social media, with many users praising the boys' singing ability and noting their inherited talent from their mother.

On 10/12/2024, Shakira posted images and videos from the concert on Instagram, expressing gratitude to her fans. She described the experience of performing with her sons as magical. The post quickly amassed over three million likes and thousands of positive comments, with many fans touched by the sweet gestures exchanged between the mother and her two sons.

The concert marked the first time Milan and Sasha, Shakira's sons with former partner and footballer Gerard Pique, 38, performed with their mother on a major stage. Marca observed that Shakira transformed the concert into an event that not only celebrated maternal love but also showcased her sons' talent.

The song itself, "Acrostico", added to the emotional impact. Its lyrics convey Shakira's gratitude to her sons for helping her overcome emotional pain and her desire to see them happy. She composed the song after her split from Gerard Pique, releasing it in 5/2023. Shakira and Pique dated from 2011, separating after 11 years together. Their relationship ended a few weeks after Spanish media speculated about Pique's infidelity.

In a 7/2024 interview with Rolling Stone, Shakira admitted that the end of her over 10-year relationship was "perhaps the greatest pain of her life", sometimes affecting her work. She used music as a form of healing, pouring her emotions into her latest album, "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran", which debuted in 3/2024. "Acrostico" is also featured on this album.

The music video for "Acrostico", featuring Milan and Sasha, has garnered over 450 million views since its release two years ago. In some segments, Shakira's youngest son sings and plays piano with his mother. Video: YouTube Shakira

Born in 1977, Shakira is a renowned Colombian singer, known as the "Queen of Latin Music" for her fiery, energetic dance moves. Throughout her career, she has won numerous prestigious music awards and set Guinness records with many of her songs. Following her relationship with Gerard Pique, she was rumored to be dating Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton. In 4/2024, media reports linked her to British actor Lucien Laviscount after their collaboration on "MVPunteria".
