Tam ca Ao Trang group reunites with friends

The Tam ca Ao Trang group reunited with friends and colleagues at singer Nathan Lee's 43rd birthday party in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Tam ca Ao Trang group recently reunited with friends and colleagues at singer Nathan Lee's 43rd birthday celebration in Ho Chi Minh City. Among those gathered were Tuyet Ngan, My Le, Nathan Lee, Minh Tu, and Doan Trang, who have maintained a close friendship for over 20 years, despite their individual careers and lives.

Nathan Lee shared that his colleagues have consistently supported each other, offering encouragement during challenging times. Upon hearing that Tam ca Ao Trang had returned to Vietnam from the United States for a stage comeback, he promptly arranged the gathering, which also served as his birthday party on 31/7.

Minh Tu, a member of Tam ca Ao Trang, attended the party with her son. She currently lives in the US as a single mother, where she co-owns a nail salon with her older sister, Tuyet Ngan. Tam ca Ao Trang, comprised of three biological sisters—Tuyet Ngan, along with twins Minh Thu and Minh Tu—was a prominent music group in the 1990s. Their youthful performance style and clear voices captivated many from the 7x and 8x generations, who cherished their songs like "Vao ha" by Le Huu Ha, "Pho xa" by Le Quoc Thang, and "Goc pho diu dang" by Tran Minh Phi.

For the past three years, Nathan Lee has kept a low profile in the entertainment industry. He revealed he endured a difficult period, experienced pain, and is now gradually regaining balance, expressing hope for a return to entertainment activities soon. Currently, the singer embraces a slower pace of life, dedicating time to reading, meditating, exercising, and caring for his mother. He occasionally connects with fans on social media, spontaneously singing many of his hit songs.

The singer, who gained prominence in the 8x generation, finds joy in cooking and is skilled at preparing Hanoi dishes such as pho, bun cha, nem, and bun thang. For Nathan Lee, cooking serves as a relaxing activity and a way to nurture his loved ones.

Nathan Lee, whose real name is Truong Trieu Truc Lan, was born in 1983. The singer moved from France to Vietnam many years ago to pursue his singing career. He has released many albums in both Vietnamese and French. Nathan Lee is known for songs such as: "MDD", "Xinh", "Say".
