According to Elle Decor, while Taylor Swift has long been known for her extensive real estate portfolio across the U.S., her husband has also quietly amassed a collection of homes over the years. From his first home in a residential area to his suburban estate, the magazine suggests the player increasingly seeks "private sanctuaries" to avoid media scrutiny.
Born in 1989, Travis Kelce is the same age as Taylor Swift and is among the top names in American football. He currently has an estimated net worth of 90 million USD, including a real estate portfolio valued between 13-14 million USD. Elle Decor reports that the player currently owns three villas, one of which is his home with Taylor Swift.

Page Six sources indicate the couple moved here after their wedding in July. Kelce purchased the property for six million USD in 2023. The house spans approximately 1,600 square meters, situated on a plot of over 14,000 square meters, designed in the French Regency architectural style. Inside, it features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a two-story movie theater, a wine cellar, a pool with a hot tub, and a spacious patio. Other amenities include a gym area with a sauna, a tennis court, and a putting green.
The estate is considered an embodiment of luxury and privacy. This is also where Travis Kelce proposed to Taylor Swift in 2025. In an interview, Kelce's father revealed the proposal took place two weeks before the Swifts announced their engagement on Instagram in August of the same year.
While they spend most of their time here, Page Six suggests they might change residences depending on their schedules. Taylor Swift's New York apartments are also considered frequent residences for the newlyweds. Last weekend, the couple was in the city, dining at an Indian restaurant.

The WSJ reports this is Travis Kelce's latest property, which he acquired for 5,35 million USD in March. Located on Lake Erie, the villa, over 130 years old, was once the residence of Jay Morse, an American iron and steel magnate from the early 20th century. In 2023, a renovation company spent 1,95 million USD to purchase the property, renovated it for one year, and then listed it for 6,99 million USD before Kelce acquired it.
Elle Decor states the villa is named Moyenage, inspired by a French term related to the Middle Ages. The magazine notes the name suits the house's English Tudor architecture (Elizabethan Tudor style). Spanning nearly 2,000 square meters, the interior includes eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a game area that was formerly a ballroom, a movie theater, a billiard room, a bar, a wine cellar, and a sauna area. Outside, a stone patio leads to a large lawn and a heated swimming pool. Previously, the property included a gatehouse, which has since been converted into a guesthouse with two bedrooms.
Some Page Six sources reveal this property could become a vacation home for Taylor Swift and her husband, especially after Travis Kelce concludes his seasons. The couple reportedly began house hunting after their engagement.

In 2019, Travis Kelce purchased it for 995,000 USD, using it as his primary residence when he was single. The house spans approximately 930 square meters, featuring seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a home gym, a large swimming pool, and various other amenities. It is unclear if the player still owns this property or has sold it. Real estate experts currently estimate the house to be worth over one million USD.
