Mia Goth filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf in Los Angeles County Court on 6/10, citing "irreconcilable differences," according to People. She stated the couple separated on 28/7/2025. In her filing, Goth seeks legal and primary physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Isabel, while granting Shia LaBeouf visitation rights. She also requested that the court deny spousal support claims from both parties.
The couple met in 2012 while filming "Nymphomaniac: Vol. II." Four years later, the two actors married in Las Vegas. In 2018, Shia LaBeouf and Mia Goth announced their divorce, but by 2020, media reported they were still wearing their wedding rings.

Following their separation, LaBeouf left their Los Angeles home and moved to New Orleans. A source for People indicated that their relationship "was always complicated, contentious, and faced many issues last year." Goth reportedly encouraged LaBeouf to move out. "She loves him but doesn't need him. She is very independent, has her own life and career, and prioritizes her daughter," the source added.
Since living separately, LaBeouf has faced continuous trouble. In March, TMZ released a video of him yelling in the streets of Rome, Italy, shouting at a woman. A month prior, police arrested him in connection with a bar fight in New Orleans. In a June court hearing for the incident, LaBeouf pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery, receiving a two-year probation sentence. He was ordered to undergo alcohol rehabilitation and attend anger management and sensitivity classes.
Shia LaBeouf, 40, was born in Los Angeles, US. He began acting at age 7 and gained fame through works such as "Fury," "Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle," "Transformers," and "Disturbia." The actor has faced multiple lawsuits for disruptive and violent behavior. In recent years, he has not participated in blockbuster projects, instead challenging himself in new roles as a director and film producer. His two most recent works are "Henry Johnson" and "Salvable" (both in 2025). He is set to return with the film "The Rooster Prince," with no release date yet set.
Mia Goth, 33, was born in England. She began her career as a model before transitioning to acting. In recent years, she has made her mark in a series of horror films including "X," "Pearl," "MaXXXine," and "Infinity Pool." This year, she appears in Christopher Nolan's blockbuster "The Odyssey," playing Melantho – Penelope's treacherous maid. One of Goth's notable new projects is "Star Wars: Starfighter," slated for release in 2027.
