Born in Binh Dinh in 1996 and a graduate of Cao dang Van hoa Nghe thuat TP HCM, Ho Khac Vinh has become a prominent figure in food content creation. Instead of high-end restaurants, he highlights small, lesser-known eateries. His sincere, humorous style has helped many vendors improve their businesses and offered viewers a humanistic perspective on the struggles of working individuals.
His initial foray into content creation gained traction with the "Sai Gon an sang chua?" series, launched in 12/2022, which garnered over 1,3 million views. In this series, he visited small breakfast stalls, listened to vendors' stories, and sometimes bought all their stock, remarking, "Today, you'll have money for rent." These simple acts resonated widely on social media, moving many viewers.
Following this, Vinh launched "Khoi nghiep niem tin", a series where he sought out struggling restaurants and documented their recovery journey with community support. He does not accept payment from these establishments, seeing his efforts as a way to "share his good fortune".

Beyond culinary content, Vinh has undertaken several charity projects, including: "Providing water for three Mekong Delta provinces", "Bringing electricity to remote villages", "Rescuing Vinh Long oranges", and the "Full Tet" program. In an episode aired in early 2025, he distributed Tet gifts to the elderly, capturing an emotional moment when an elderly woman said she would "use this photo for worship", bringing him to tears.
Over four years of content creation, he has amassed over 3,4 million followers across digital platforms. This includes two million on TikTok, 212.000 on Instagram, about 13.600 on YouTube, and around 1,2 million on Facebook.
