Answer:
According to medical research and guidelines from health organizations like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the HPV vaccine does not cause hair loss.
The HPV vaccine is produced using recombinant DNA technology. It doesn't contain viral DNA, so it doesn't cause illness while ensuring immunity. Therefore, the vaccine doesn't affect hormones or the hair growth cycle, factors related to hair loss.
Common and documented side effects of the vaccine include pain, swelling, and redness at the injection site, mild fever, fatigue, headache, and muscle aches. These symptoms usually resolve within 1-2 days. Hair loss can be caused by many other factors, such as genetics, stress, hormonal changes, immune disorders, iron deficiency, and hair products and chemicals.

To minimize hair loss, eat a nutritious diet, especially foods rich in protein, iron, zinc, vitamins B, D, and E, and drink enough water. Regular exercise improves blood circulation to the scalp, supporting hair nourishment. Additionally, get enough sleep, reduce stress, and avoid excessive use of hair chemicals.
There are over 200 different types of HPV, about 40 of which cause genital diseases like genital warts and various cancers. Genital warts are mainly caused by HPV types 6 and 11. These warts cluster together, resembling cauliflower, and can cause itching or bleeding during sexual intercourse. Types 16, 18, 31, 33, and 35 can also cause this condition, but less frequently.
The WHO recommends the HPV vaccine as an effective method of disease prevention. Vietnam currently has two types of HPV vaccines available. Gardasil protects against 4 types of HPV (6, 11, 16, and 18) and is indicated for girls and women aged 9-26. Gardasil 9 protects against 9 types of HPV (6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, and 58) and is indicated for both males and females aged 9-45.
