Dr. To Lan Phuong, the 2025 brand ambassador for Profhilo Vietnam, explained in an interview with VnExpress that after the age of 25, the body's ability to produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid (HA) begins to decline. This results in dry, dull skin, reduced elasticity, and wrinkles. More importantly, the subcutaneous fat, which acts as a supporting framework for the face, gradually shrinks, leading to sagging skin, hollow cheeks, and a less youthful appearance.

Profhilo is positioned as a bio-rejuvenation solution thanks to its European-origin Nahyco Hybrid technology. The product contains 64 mg of stabilized HA in 2 ml, including both low molecular weight HA (which stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, enhancing elasticity and smoothing the skin) and high molecular weight HA (which provides moisture, creates a water-retaining barrier, and improves overall firmness).

The manufacturer recommends injecting Profhilo at five BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) on each side of the face, allowing the solution to spread evenly and cover a wide area of skin. After two sessions, 4 weeks apart, the skin is deeply hydrated, fine lines are reduced, and the surface becomes smoother. This solution is suitable for individuals in the early stages of aging who want to restore moisture and elasticity without invasive procedures.

Another variation of this solution is Profhilo Structura. While Profhilo focuses on the dermis, Profhilo Structura contains 90 mg of stabilized HA in 2 ml, a 40% higher concentration. Utilizing Nahyco technology, the product diffuses evenly, creating a dual effect:

The application technique also differs between the two versions. Instead of BAP, Structura is typically applied using a cannula in the cheeks, temples, jawline, and other areas, minimizing bruising and invasiveness.

Dr. To Lan Phuong explained that the most significant difference between the two solutions is the depth of impact and therapeutic purpose. Profhilo can improve skin quality, hydrate, smooth, and restore elasticity. Structura, however, addresses dehydration and the decline of elastic fibers and collagen in the dermis, thereby restoring firmness and even skin tone.
