At the opening ceremony, Nguyen Van Them emphasized that Sai Gon Bien Hoa Eye Hospital comprehensively applies AI technology in examination, diagnosis, and treatment of eye diseases. The medical team comprises leading experts from TP HCM. "We are committed to providing high-quality medical examination and treatment at a reasonable cost," Them said.

He stated that Sai Gon Bien Hoa Eye Hospital is the third specialized eye hospital and the 12th private hospital in Dong Nai province licensed by the Ministry of Health in July. The hospital is equipped with modern facilities and a well-trained medical team with full certifications in ophthalmological examination and treatment.
With a commitment to providing international-standard eye care services to the people of Dong Nai, the hospital has invested 50 billion VND in modern equipment, typically found only in larger hospitals.
In particular, the hospital has embraced technology by comprehensively applying AI to the examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning process. Previously, diagnosing eye diseases depended largely on the doctor's experience and observation skills. Detecting small lesions or diseases in early stages could be challenging, potentially leading to missed diagnoses. Now, with modern medicine, AI has become an invaluable tool for ophthalmologists at Sai Gon Bien Hoa Eye Hospital, enhancing the quality of medical examination and treatment.
