On 11/12/2024, Ho Chi Minh City Police arrested Nguyen Thanh Chuyen, 27, and Vo Van Tai, 30, on charges of disturbing public order.

Investigation revealed a long-standing conflict between Chuyen's family and Ms. Thanh, 33, who live in An Phu ward, Ho Chi Minh City. During drinking sessions with his neighbor Vo Van Tai, Chuyen suggested they "confront" the rival.
On the evening of 30/11/2024, after Chuyen recounted his dispute with Ms. Thanh, Tai supported his friend. He went to the woman's house, repeatedly throwing bricks and stones inside, causing significant damage. When Ms. Thanh's family emerged to inquire, Tai loudly hurled insults, threats, and challenges.

Upon returning home, Tai informed Chuyen of the incident. Still unsatisfied, both men returned to Ms. Thanh's house, armed with an iron bar and a wrench, to cause more trouble. Seeing her family had closed their door and did not react, they relentlessly threw more bricks and stones before leaving. Security cameras recorded the duo's entire actions.
Following an investigation, An Phu Ward Police brought the two suspects in for questioning, leading to their prosecution.
