The incident occurred on the afternoon of 4/2 at an agricultural bank in Au Lac ward. Luan arrived on a Wave-type motorbike, stopped outside, and then ran inside to steal a stack of 500,000 Vietnamese dong banknotes.

As Luan attempted to flee onto the street, bank security personnel and local residents pursued and apprehended him at the scene. Leaders of Au Lac ward confirmed that police quickly arrived, arrested the suspect, and confiscated all evidence.
