According to Mong Cai ward police, Huong, a resident of Hai Hoa 3, Mong Cai 1 ward, had been missing for several days and her family had reported her disappearance.

Suspecting foul play, Mong Cai 3 ward police reviewed camera footage and saw Huong leaving her rented room on 12/9 on a black and white Yamaha Mio Classico motorbike with the license plate 16M5-0446. The motorbike has not been located.

To aid the investigation, the police are asking communities and residents to contact the Mong Cai 3 ward police at 02033.773.908 or 0913.268.054 if they see the motorbike.
