Can a small house register permanent residency for multiple people?

I have heard many people say that to register for permanent residency, the average living space must meet a minimum of 8 m2 per person.

This information concerns me, as my family is facing a similar issue. My wife and I reside in a house we legally own, with the house ownership certificate registered in both our names. The house's area is only about 22 m2. We have lived here normally without any legal complications until now.

Around April this year, my wife will give birth to our first child. According to the calculations many people are discussing, if the area is divided per capita after the child is born, our current space would not meet the rumored 8 m2 per person requirement.

Therefore, I am very worried: if the per capita living space does not meet the rumored 8 m2, will my child be able to register for permanent residency at our home after birth?
