Investigations reveal that Huang Shaoning and Huang Shaoxiong, both from Guangxi, China, illegally entered Vietnam near the Huu Nghi International Border Gate.

The pair purchased a motorbike in Lang Son and traveled to Quang Tri. They targeted homes, offices, and businesses late at night and during holidays, primarily focusing on safecracking.

After stealing valuables, they returned to China. Once the money was spent, they would re-enter Vietnam to steal again.

Huang Shaoning confessed to the crimes at the police station.

Authorities allege that between March and August, Huang Shaoning and his accomplice committed four safe-cracking thefts, stealing nearly 2 billion VND.

Quang Tri police are expanding the investigation and searching for Huang Shaoxiong.
