After about two hours, Duong Van Tam was escorted by several police officers into a vehicle and departed the headquarters. Authorities then continued their work at his private residence on Nguyen Luong Bang Street. At both locations, police seized numerous documents.

Currently, prosecuting agencies have not disclosed the details of the work session, nor have they filed any charges against Tam.

The Lam Dong Provincial Asset Auction Service Center was established 28 years ago. It operates as a public service unit directly under the Department of Justice, specializing in organizing asset auctions for state agencies, organizations, and individuals as per legal regulations. Additionally, the center provides auction consulting services.

Duong Van Tam is an auctioneer who has served as the director of this center for about 8 years.
