Hung only turned on the rear signal lights of the trailer and did not place warning devices as required.
Around 2:30 a.m. on 19/6, a passenger bus carrying more than 20 people crashed into the back of the container truck. The bus driver and assistant died at the scene. The front of the bus was severely damaged, and several passengers were injured and trapped.
