Khanh Hoa provincial police arrested 29-year-old Huang Yue on 1/8 and subsequently transferred him to Chinese authorities at the Huu Nghi international border gate in Lang Son province.

Huang Yue was a member of a transnational organized crime group specializing in fraud and property appropriation. A warrant for his arrest on fraud charges was issued by the People's Court of Nghia O city, Zhejiang province, China. He fled in August 2020 and Interpol issued a Red Notice for him on 23/11/2021.

Khanh Hoa police located Huang Yue at a building on Pham Van Dong street in Bac Nha Trang ward and apprehended him.
