The actions of Khanh (31 years old, also known as Khanh Supper) and Mohamac Da Pha (29 years old, from An Giang) are outlined in the indictment recently completed by the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City. The case has been transferred to the same-level court for trial on charges of fraud and embezzlement. Mohamac Da Pha faces an additional charge of abusing trust to appropriate property.
Huynh Xuan Van, Khanh's accomplice, is currently a fugitive and will be dealt with separately by the investigative authorities.

Originally from Ben Tre, Khanh gained notoriety for owning a fleet of luxury vehicles and is the legal representative of K-Supper, a company in Saigon specializing in luxury car sales.
According to the indictment, Khanh, facing business losses and seeking funds to repay debts, conspired with Van and Pha. They devised a scheme to fraudulently obtain Ms. Huong's (District 7 resident) McLaren, valued at 7.1 billion dong, and subsequently pawned it.
Khanh and Van also deceived Mr. Phuong into believing their company had purchased a Brabus G800. Mr. Phuong agreed to buy the vehicle for 24.5 billion dong. After receiving the payment, Khanh evaded contact and used the funds for personal expenses.
Mohamach Da Pha borrowed Mr. Su's BMW (valued at 870 million dong) for personal use, then pawned it without authorization, obtaining one billion dong which he gave to Van. Pha told Mr. Su that he was still using the car.
In addition to these three incidents, Khanh and Van have been accused by others of fraud and abuse of trust to appropriate property. However, the investigating authorities have determined that there is insufficient evidence at this time and have separated these allegations for further investigation.
