Security camera footage shows an SUV ramming into the parking lot of a 7-Eleven store in Fort Worth, Texas, around 3:45 a.m. on 24/12. Two masked men, dressed in black, exited the vehicle.
One individual used a metal object to smash the convenience store's glass door, causing customers inside to flee in panic. He then rushed through the aisles toward the ATM in the corner, removed its casing, and attached a metal cable from the internal safe to the SUV parked outside.
The driver of the SUV accelerated, ripping the ATM from its base, scattering shelves and shattered glass in its path. The driver then attempted to escape, dragging the safe behind the vehicle. The heavy safe collided with another car parked next to a gas pump before being rapidly pulled along the streets of White Settlement, a Fort Worth suburb.

The 7-Eleven store sustained extensive damage, with shelves overturned and snacks strewn across the floor.
Police later located the ATM in a shallow ditch, recovering the safe with all its money intact. As the suspects fled, the ATM detached from the cable and fell along the road.
Authorities utilized camera technology and license plate readers to track the vehicle, finding the abandoned SUV less than 2 km from the store. The vehicle was stolen property from Dallas.
Police believe the suspects may have fled on foot or in another vehicle.
