On the afternoon of 9/9, the Rach Chiec Traffic Police Team received a report from the command board regarding a white four-seater car, reported stolen in Dong Nai, that was moving towards Ho Chi Minh City.

After about 15 minutes of searching, the task force located the vehicle matching the description, driving towards the city center. Traffic police followed the car and signaled it to stop at the intersection of 3 Thang 2 - Le Dai Hanh street, Phu Tho ward.

During the inspection, the 27-year-old male driver could not produce the vehicle registration, inspection book, or insurance certificate. He claimed someone had hired him to pick up the car in Dong Nai and drive it to Ho Chi Minh City.

The Rach Chiec Traffic Police Team, under the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department's Traffic Police Division, along with Phu Tho Ward Police, are coordinating with Dong Nai province to investigate the young man.
